    The pilot project ran entirely according to plan and the timing was perfect. The whole process felt easy and well structured, making the implementation smooth and efficient without disrupting daily hotel operations.
  2. How do you evaluate the quality, functionality, and design of the new furniture? The furniture looks great and meets a high quality standard. The functionality is perfectly suited to our rooms, combining design and practicality in a way that works very well for our hotel environment.
  3. Have you received any guest feedback after the room upgrade? Yes, we have received very positive guest feedback. Guests are extremely satisfied and many report improved sleep quality in the new beds, which has had a clear positive impact on the overall guest experience.
  4. What did it mean for you to upgrade rooms without a large upfront investment? This setup created valuable flexibility for us. Being able to upgrade rooms without investment pressure made decision-making easier and allowed us to modernise our rooms without financial stress.
